My name is Dave Giese, founder of Giese Home Inspections! My wife and I have followed family and moved to Arkansas after falling in love with the beauty of this state, and experiencing such kindness from everyone we have met.
After obtaining my Bachelors Degree, I began a career in the oil and natural gas industry. Years of long hours and strenuous manual labor have prepared me well in becoming a flexible, attentive and motivated business owner!
I created GHI because buying a home is one of the biggest choices in life, and it is important to me to help customers make the most well-informed decision possible. My education through the American Home Inspectors Training Program and my background in construction and plumbing help me to identify the many different aspects in a home.
